Jeffrey - Freckled Surfer!
Jeffrey is a quiet boy. He does not talk very much and often seems to be thinking about something. Maybe he is dreaming of the prefect wave! When Jeffrey is at the beach with his board he is a different person. He can spend hours in the water. Surfin' is a real passion for him.
